An award which celebrates plenty of girth without the length (sorry). Those pieces of music which are sublime, but in this humble reviewer’s opinion, ended too soon, because he was enjoying it so much.

The John Irvine Band released The Starships Are Gathering this year, and the final part of the trilogy this is from, incidentally, is being released fairly soon in 2025.
