From the altogether beautiful island of Sicily, Silver Nightmares are as good a musical representation of the vibrancy and passion of its inhabitants as I have ever heard.

I loved their debut album, Apocalypsis, and this year, it was followed up by an EP, Roxy Passion.

As with my “epic track” award, the “instrumental track” award has a crowded field, and I chose Cats on the Run simply because of the sheer playful joy of it all.
